We are located a 20-minute ride to Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH, a 25-minute ride to the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center (aka Dartmouth Health) in Lebanon, NH, and about 15 minutes from the VA Medical Center in White River Junction, Vermont.

The rent includes heat, electricity, and internet. There is a private driveway and a private deck.
